The primary objective of Wellesley Strength is to reduce the incidence of injury and improve athletic performance. This will be achieved by providing our student-athletes the means by which they may train efficiently, effectively, and sensibly in a safe, clean, professional environment. Through the guidance of our staff, Wellesley student-athletes will be prepared both physically and mentally for the rigors of collegiate athletics.

We firmly believe that a strength and conditioning program, guided by sound principles, is crucial to the development of the complete student-athlete. The philosophy of Wellesley Strength is to utilize any and all means necessary to improve athleticism, reduce incidence of injury, and to improve confidence, work ethic, accountability, and mental toughness.
