NORTHAMPTON, Mass. -- Wellesley College continued their dominance at the Seven Sisters Swimming and Diving Championships, totalling 1,229 points to claim their 15th straight championship. The Blue won five events on day two and 10 events overall, setting three more records in the process. Vassar College was second with 796 points, followed by Mount Holyoke (637), Smith (549), and Bryn Mawr (384).

Wellesley's Hayley Goydan made it a clean sweep of the diving events with a score of 441.35. Veronica Lin led Wellesley to a sweep of the top four places in the 200 yard backstroke. Lin took first with a time of 2:13.78, followed by Emma Mrkonic (2:16.32), Tiffany Chen (2:16.85), and Stephanie Welch (2:16.88). 

Keelin Nave won her fourth event and set her second record of the meet with a win in the 100 yard freestyle, in a school-record 53.53. The previous Wellesley record was a 53.66, held by Dana Dutton '11, while the Seven Sisters record was held by Smith's Alyson Lipsky in 2000 with a 54.16. Nave also set a new Seven Sisters mark in the 200 yard butterfly, finishing in 2:11.92 and breaking a record that had stood for 27 years. The previous best time ws  2:12.89, held by Columbia's Shannon Kuong.

The Blue wrapped up their win with another record breaker, as the 400 yard freestyle relay team of Nave, Mrkonic, Monica Gates, amd Mariam Amirkhanashvili won in 3:42.75, breaking the record set by Wellesley in 2007.

Smith picked up their first win of the meet via Mackenzie Bradley in the 1650 yard freestyle.  The junior touched the wall in 18:30.37, more than 10 seconds ahead of Alison Burns of Vassar College.  Bradley added a second place finish in the 200 yard butterfly in 2:19.98.

Maya Lazarovich tallied a win for Mount Holyoke in the 200 yard breaststroke, finishing in 2:30.56.  The Lyons also got a fifth place finith from Lauren Williams in the 200 yard backstroke with a time of 2:17.92, and a second place showing from Lydia Bowers in the 100 yard freestyle in 55.14.  Mount Holyoke also took second in the 400 yard freestyle relay.  The foursome of Williams, Rachel Boynton, Lazarovich, and Bowers came in at 3:46.00. 

Vassar received a third place finish in the 1650 yard freestyle from Olivia Harries in 18:41.62, while Caroline Shannon came in second in the 200 yard breaststroke in 2:32.39.  The Brewers' relay squad of Hayley Lemoine, Robin Lam, Shannon Sara, and Sydnie Alquist also placed third in the 400 yard freestyle relay in 3:47.56.

Bryn Mawr got a fourth place finish from Meredith Davis in the 100 yard freestyle in 57.06, and the Owls also came in sixth in the 400 yard freestyle relay in 3:56.90.  Davis swam the anchor leg, with Kristina Xiang, Judy Yeung, and Zoe Guastella.
