In the shorter distances, Wellesley first-year Kathleen Hanlon and sophomore Sheena Dupuy, each completed the program's first 60-meter dash races. Hanlon went first, taking sixth in heat one, establishing the program record, while Dupuy ran second, besting Hanlon's time by .12 seconds.

Wrapping up the meet highlights for the Blue were a pair of fifth place finishes in the 4 x 200-meter relay and the 4 x 400-meter relay. The 200-meter foursome included: first-year Sarah Chen running in her first collegiate race, Dupuy, Hanlon and Roundy. The 400-meter team was comprised of: Dupuy, sophomore Jane Lodwick, Emerson and Hanlon.
