PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Senior Ari Marks (Eagle Point, Ore.) set a new school record in the outdoor 5K at the Friar Invitational hosted by Providence College on Friday.

Marks clocked in at 16:26.08 which was good for second place and set a new program record, passing Jennifer Kegel '88 who previously held the record at 16:49.5. The run for Marks is currently the fastest time in the 2022 NCAA DIII season.

The Blue compete on Saturday at the Coast Guard Invitational.
