CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Wellesley College swimming & diving competed in a pair of events on day one of the MIT Winter Invite at the Zesiger Center Pool on Friday night.

Wellesley's 800 Free Relay team of senior Cecilia Cai (Palo Alto, Calif.), sophomore Chloe Weingarten (Rochester, Minn.), senior Maya Hart (Menlo Park, Calif.) and first year Lily Fender (Burnsville, N.C.) captured 10th with a final time of 8:03.86.

Junior Emily Richardson (Bedford, N.H.) finished 11th in the 1650 Free with a time of 18:26.91. Sophomore Chloe Weingarten (Rochester, Minn.) swam an 18:49.74 to take 14th.

Competition continues tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM.
