WORCESTER, Mass. – Wellesley College track & field junior Emily Doyle (Mobile, Ala.) placed 13th in the Javelin Throw at the New England Intercollegiate Outdoor Track & Field Championships (NEICAAA) on Friday. Doyle threw for a distance of 30.79m.

The competition is being hosted by Holy Cross and continues tomorrow. Sophomores Ella Whinney (Madison, Wis.) and Simone Beauchamp (Aurora, Colo.) will be competing. Whiney races in 1500m race at 11:45 AM. Beauchamp takes part in the 3000m Steeplechase event at 2:30 PM.
