INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Wellesley College swimming & diving earned a pair of Second Team All-American honors on the third day of the NCAA DIII Championships at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis, Ind.

The 200 Medley Relay Seniors Tracey Liu (Princeton, N.J.), Kavita Sekhon (Los Angeles, Calif.) and first-years Lucy Choe (Ellicott City, Md.) and Alexis Kung (Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.) came in the third in the Consolation Finals (11th overall) with a time of 1:42.05. Not only did the time and placement earn Second Team All-America honors, but also set a Wellesley program record, beating the squad's previous record set last month at the NEWMAC Championships.

In the 100 Breaststroke race, Sekhon finished second in the Consolation Finals (10th overall) with a 1:02.44 time that was only .07 seconds off of her own program record. Sekhon collects a second career All-America honor, this time a second team medal.

Sekhon will race in the 200 Breaststroke event tomorrow to conclude NCAA DIII Championship competition.
