2024-25:

Outdoor Track & Field:

• Started outdoor season by taking ninth in the 5000m (18:41.51) at the Tufts Snowflake Classic
• Hit a PR in the 1500m (5:04.25) at the Coast Guard Invitational
• Took third in the 3000m Steeplechase (11:25.09) at the Silfen Invitational
• Won the 3000m Steeplechase (11:24.57) and finished fourth in the 400m Hurdles (1:14.48) versus Mount Holyoke and Smith
• Came in fourth in the 3000m Steeplechase (11:15.68) at the NEWMAC Championships
• Topped the 3000m Steeplechase (11:11.40) competition at the New England DIII Championship
• Claimed 10th in the 3000m Steeplechase (11:25.19) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship
• Set a personal-best in the 3000m Steeplechase (10:57.52) at the MIT Final Qualifier

Indoor Track & Field:

• Opened the season with a 11:10.16 to take sixth in the 3000m at the Peter de Villiers Cup

2023-24:

Outdoor Track & Field: 

• Began the spring by placing third in the 3000m event at the Emory Spring Break Classic (11:03.37)
• Ran a personal-best in the 1500m at the Coast Guard Invitational (5:09.37)
• Placed fourth in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Silfen Invitational (11:47.07)
• Competed in the 3000m Steeplechase (11:37.70) and 400m Hurdles (1:15.88) against Smith and Mount Holyoke
• Claimed second in the 3000m Steeplechase at the NEWMAC Championships (11:08.50)
• Set a PR in the 3000m Steeplechase at the MIT Final Qualifier (10:59.71)

Indoor Track & Field:

• Started the season by winning the 3000m event at the Mary Grinaker Invitational (11:09.53)
• Claimed fifth in the 3000m at the Reggie Poyau Memorial Invitational (11:10.59)
• Set PRs in the 800m (2:35.22) and Indoor Mile (5:27.79) at the Branwen Smith-King Invitational
• Had a personal-best time of 10:55.97 in the 3000m at the Gordon Kelly Invitational

2022-23:

Outdoor Track & Field:

• Started outdoor career with a PR in 5000m at the Emory Thrills in the Hills (20:40.54)
• Took 19th in the 1500m at the Coast Guard Invitational (5:14.96)
• Second in the 3000m steeplechase at the Wellesley Tri-Meet (12:23.84)
• Finished fourth in the 3000m steeplechase at the NEWMAC Championship (12:01.40)

Indoor Track & Field:

• Made collegiate debut with a 12:04.76 in the 3000m at the Reggie Poyau Memorial Invitational
• 11th in the 1000m event at the Branwen Smith-King Invitational (3:29.63)
• Placed 10th in the mile at the Gordon Kelly Invitational (5:45.28)

 Before Wellesley:

• Graduated Eaglecrest High School in 2022
• Ran cross country all four years and ran track and field junior and senior year
• CHSAA Academic All-State athlete
• Team captain for both cross country and track and field senior year
• Set home course record for cross country in 2021

Personal:

• Mother played volleyball for two years at Agnes Scott College
• Has a younger sister and younger brother
• Colorado native (has climbed four '14ers' and hoping to do more soon!)
