Ashley Wakefield joined Wellesley College in May of 2025.

Prior to working at Wellesley, Wakefield was a Senior Program Delivery Operations Manager from 2016-24 at City Year Inc., a non-profit dedicated to student and school success in Boston, Mass. Wakefield also served as a Program Delivery Operations Manager and Special Projects Assistant to the Chief Program Design and Evaluation Officer during her time at City Year Inc.

Wakefield holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Studies from Ithaca College.
