Kaitlin Snow joined the Blue as a Goalkeeper Coach in August, 2025.

Snow previously worked alongside Coach Lekas at Clark University. Snow spent 11 years assisting the Cougars in NEWMAC competition, working closely with the team’s goalkeepers.

Outside of field hockey, Snow is the Principal of the University Park Campus School in Worcester, Mass., a role that she has served in since 2023. Prior to being named Principal, Snow was an Instructional Coach/Testing Specialist, High School History Teacher and Site Administrator in Worcester.

Snow graduated from Clark University with a Bachelor's Degree in History. She went on to earn a Masters of Urban Education and Teacher Research from Clark and a Masters of Education from Worcester State University.
