MARLBOROUGH, Mass. – 11 members of the Wellesley College cross country team have earned a spot on the 2025 NEWMAC Women's Cross Country Academic All-Conference Team.
Selections must have met the following criteria: earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 scale or 4.35/5.0 scale after the 2025 spring semester, achieved second year academic status at their institution, and been a member of the varsity team for the entire season.
Seniors Emily Brydges (Suffield, Conn.), Meg Dugan (Cohasset, Mass.), Claire Peng (Chapel Hill, N.C.) and Ella Whinney (Madison, Wis.) have all received a third consecutive honor.
Classmates Simone Beauchamp (Aurora, Colo.), Caelan Schretzmayer (Port Jefferson, N.Y.) and juniors Perry Huang Kemper (Boise, Idaho) and Maggie Yan (Montvale, N.J.) all claimed a second career accolade.
Sophomores Addie Maguire (Oakland, Calif.), Leeya Rice (Closter, N.J.) and Helen Yang (Woodland Hills, Calif.) each made the list in their first year of eligibility.
