Wellesley Fencing Places 11 on NFC Academic All-Conference List

WELLESLEY, Mass. -- 11 members of Wellesley College fencing have been recognized as Northeast Fencing Conference (NFC) Academic All-Conference recipients for the 2025-26 season. Additionally, the Blue earned the Academic All-Conference Team award with a 3.48 Team GPA.

Seniors Gina Huang (Taipei, Taiwan), , Lily Millard (Selkirk, N.Y.) and Naomi Wang (Boston, Mass.) each made a third trip to the NFC Academic All-Conference team. Classmate Grace Xu (Toronto, Ontario) has earned the accolade for the first time. Juniors Rebecca Hsieh (Annadale, Va.) and Lauren Khoo (San Francisco, Calif.) both picked up the award for the second time. 

Sophomores Judy Bang (Seoul, South Korea), Julia Peeler (Fairfax, Va.), Renee Sun (The Woodlands, Texas), Daisy Wiseman (Austin, Texas) and Sissi Zou (Shanghai, China) have each earned the recognition in their first year of eligibility.

Founded in 1992, the Northeast Fencing Conference's mission is to support intercollegiate fencing in and around New England. The league organizes a round-robin schedule of dual meet competitions for the fencing programs at all member institutions. The member institutions are a mix of both NCAA varsity programs and student-organized club programs.
