WELLESLEY, Mass. -- Wellesley College track & field recent graduates Simone Beauchamp (Aurora, Colo.), Emily Brydges (Suffield, Conn.), Sara Maeve Klingensmith (Chapel Hill, N.C.), Claire Peng (Chapel Hill, N.C.) and Ella Whinney (Madison, Wis.) have all earned a place on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team. 

2026 marks the third career Academic All-District award for Beauchamp, Brydges and Whinney.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District Track & Field/Cross Country Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The award is given to athletes who in addition to being impactful on their respective team, have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.50, and have achieved second year status at their academic institution
