AMHERST, Mass. -- Wellesley College first-years Erica Choo and Kendall Tada ended their run at the 2010 New England Women's Intercollegiate Tennis Tournament (NEWITT) in the finals on Sunday.

The Blue duo opened play with a victory over Wheaton's Allesandra Diorio and Elly Van Faasen in the semifinals, before falling in the finals to the Tufts pair of Lindsay Katz and Edwina Stewart.

Wellesley tennis is back in action this week at the NEWMAC Championships.  The Blue received a bye into the semifinals where they will take on #3 MIT on October 23rd at 3:00pm.  Semifinal and final matches will take place at Smith College.
