MARLBOROUGH, Mass. – 10 members of the Wellesley College field hockey team have earned a spot on the 2025 NEWMAC Field Hockey Academic All-Conference Team.
Selections must have met the following criteria: earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 scale or 4.35/5.0 scale after the 2025 spring semester, achieved second year academic status at their institution, and been a member of the varsity team for the entire season.
Seniors Ceci Miller (Lewiston, Maine) made Academic All-Conference Team for a third consecutive year. Junior Marguerite Greene (Boston Mass.) has received a second career Academic All-Conference accolade.
Junior Alex Butulis (Raleigh, N.C.) and sophomores Rachel Carson (Mays Landing, N.J.), Gabi Chen (Mountain View, Calif.), Madeline Hamstra (Houston, Texas), Annika Schermerhorn (Clifton Park, N.Y.), Hannah Simmonds (Austin, Texas), Claudia Summers (San Diego, Calif.) and Sam Welin (Oak Park, Ill.).
