MARLBOROUGH, Mass. -- Wellesley College crew has been named the NEWMAC Boat of the Week for the week ending on April 5.
The Blue came in second in the V8+ race, only to No. 2 Williams College, in the Varsity Eight race of the Saratoga Invite. The Blue clocked in at 6:49.7, nearly 20 seconds ahead of third-place No. 13 Skidmore.
Next, the Blue will race on the Malden River with Tufts University, Bates College and Wesleyan University on Saturday, April 11.
