Rental Center

The Wellesley College Rental Center allows students, staff, and faculty to borrow resources and materials to aid them in adventuring outdoors on their own terms. We provide this service free of charge to the members of the Wellesley College Community. Although the entire community is eligible to rent equipment with their One Card, priority will be given to students.

Hours of Operation:
Fall 2025 (September 16 - December 6)

Tuesdays: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Fridays: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturdays: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Group Rentals
Clubs, college organizations, and other groups wanting to rent Lawn Games should email the Recreation Coordinator directly in order to ensure that the equipment is available for your needs.

What Can I Borrow?
The Rental Center has two categories of equipment members can borrow: Outdoor Gear for camping, hiking, and other outdoor adventures and Lawn Games for group events. **Corn Hole Rental Considerations:
Large corn hole boards need a work order to be moved. If it is between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mon-Fri, they can be moved free of charge. However, if you would like facilities to move them outside of these hours, you will be charged a $150 labor fee.

Please contact the Recreation Coordinator at aw151@wellesley.edu prior to scheduling the work order so that we can ensure that there are not any scheduling conflicts, advise you about fees, and provide guidance about the terms of the work order.
