HOWEY-in-the-HILLS, Fla. -- With three rounds complete, Wellesley College golfer Kim Eaton sits in 49th place at the 2011 NCAA Women's Golf Championship. The event, held at the Mission Inn Resort in Florida, will wrap up tomorrow afternoon.

Eaton fired a third-round 85 at +12 to again move up in the standings. With rounds of 92, 82 and 85, her three-day total of 259 places her 49th, up from 56th yesterday.

Paige Caldwell of Methodist still leads for the individual title, though her 5 stroke advantage shrunk to only 3 after she posted a third round 79 (+6). Right on her heels is Centre's Emily Bachert, who, along with the Gusties Katie Schenfeld and Wisconsin – Eau Claire's Emily Swift, carded the low round of the day with a 76 (+3).

The 2011 NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championships are co-hosted by Oglethorpe University and the Central Florida Sports Commission.  Eaton will tee off for her final collegiate round at 1:20pm tomorrow afternoon.
