WELLESLEY, Mass. – Wellesley College junior Trinity Barrow (Evans, Ga.) has been recognized on the weekly New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA) Honor Roll Second Team for the week ending on December 14.

In the Blue's 68-51 victory over Elms last Wednesday, Barrow was spotless from the floor. The junior went 6-for-6 shooting with two threes and two made free throws for 16 points. Barrow added four assists, eight rebounds and a pair of steals to the statsheet.

Wellesley is back in action on Monday, December 29 in Florida at the St. Pete Classic against Christopher Newport University, with tip-off at 11:00 AM.

The New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA) provides support for coaches from the New England Region. Membership in NEWBA is open to all Division III head coaches from the region who have a vested interest in the welfare of the organization. At the conclusion of each season, the NEWBA sponsors the Senior All-Star Classic. This has become a great tradition and a memorable way for many seniors to finish their collegiate careers.
